In accordance with section 324 to section 328 of the Companies Act 1985, as
amended, Mr Edward Stephen Roper has today notified the company that he has
today sold 19,000 shares, representing 0.2 per cent. of the company at 183p per
share.


Following this transaction Mr Roper is interested in 1,219,295 ordinary shares
representing 11.2 per cent. of the issued share capital.
