In accordance with section 324 Companies Act 1985, David O'Connor, a director of
Churchill China plc, has notified the Company that he has today sold 15,000
ordinary shares of 10 pence at 180 pence each.  Following this sale, Mr O'Connor
has an interest in 4,599 shares, representing 0.04 per cent. of the issued share
capital.
