DIRECTOR'S INTEREST

In accordance with s324 to s328 of the Companies Act 1985, as amended,  Mr
Jonathan Sparey,  notified the Company that he has today transferred his entire
holding of 10,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 0.1 percent. of
the issued share capital, into a Self Invested Pension Plan ('SIPP'), of which
he has a beneficial interest.

The sale and the repurchase of the shares were transacted at 163p and 167p
respectively.
