Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company was notified on 16 April 2010 that on 15 April 2010 Jonathan Sparey, Non-executive Chairman, purchased 2,500 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 275 pence per share.

As a result of this transaction, Jonathan Sparey has a beneficial interest in 45,600 Ordinary Shares representing 0.4% of the voting share capital of the Company.
