In accordance with the disclosure provisions for Directors' interests, the
Company announces the following transactions by the Directors.



On 18 April 2007 the following Directors exercised share options as set out
below:

As a result of his disposal of ordinary shares, Mr E S Roper's total voting

percent. of the issued voting capital of the Company.



After taking into account all of the above transactions the following are the
