At the Company's Annual General Meeting today, Jonathan Sparey, Chairman, will make the following statement:

"I am pleased to report that our overall performance since our Preliminary Results announcement of 28 March 2012 continues to be satisfactory and the Group is trading in line with the Boards' expectations despite the global economic environment remaining uncertain"
