The Annual General Meeting of the company has been changed to Thursday 26 June
2003 at 11:00 a.m. at 50 Victoria Street, London SW1H 0NW.   As a result the
final dividend will now be paid on 27 June 2003.   The ex dividend and record
dates will remain unchanged as 21 May and 23 May 2003.
