Robert Zenker today exercised options over 25,000 shares at 20.5p and options
over 10,000 shares at 35.7p.  He subsequently has disposed of 5,000 shares at
195p to finance the exercise of the options.  This establishes a holding to
30,000 shares (0.12% of shares issued).

Stephen Mansfield today bought 6,500 shares at 195p per share.  This brings his
holding to 66,500 shares (0.26% of shares issued).
