Yves Doukhan was today appointed to the Christie Group Board.   Mr Doukhan, 48,
is President-directeur general of the VCSTimeless software business based in
France.  He founded the business some 20 years ago prior to its acquisition by
Christie Group in March 2000.  He and his family have 646,457 shares (2.53%) in
Christie Group plc.
