Director / PDMR Shareholding


The Company was notified today, in accordance with the provisions of section
198-202 of the Companies Act 1985, that Mr. Chris Day, a Director of the
Company, yesterday purchased 5,000 ordinary shares at a price of 233 pence per
share in the Company.


Following this purchase Mr. Day holds 469,469 ordinary shares in Christie Group
plc, representing approximately 1.86 per cent of the Company's issued share
capital.
