Director / PDMR Shareholding

The Company was notified today that Mr. Chris Day, a Director of Christie Group 
plc, acquired the following shares in the Company:

29 June 2007 - 10,000 shares at 220.0p per share

Following this transaction Mr Day's holding has increased to 532,189 ordinary 
shares in Christie Group plc, representing approximately 2.11 per cent of the 
total voting rights of the Company.
