The Board of Directors of Christie Group plc (CTG.L), the leading provider of Professional & Financial Services and Stock & Inventory Systems & Services to the hospitality, leisure, healthcare, medical, childcare & education and retail sectors, is pleased to announce that it has appointed MacIntyre Hudson LLP ("MHA MacIntyre Hudson") as the Company's auditor for the financial year ending 31 December 2022.

 

A resolution to re-approve the appointment of MHA MacIntyre Hudson for the financial year ending 31 December 2023 will be put to the Company's Annual General Meeting in June 2023.

 

Mazars LLP has been the Company's auditors since 2019 and the Board would like to thank Mazars LLP for its service to the Company.
