BFS SMALL COMPANIES DIVIDEND TRUST PLC
The Company was today informed that further to a sale of 1,500,000 ordinary
shares, representing 9.52% of the issued class of capital on 10th April 2000,
Morley Fund Management Limited, on behalf of its client which include certain
subsidiaries of CGNU plc, no longer has a holding in the Company.
