The issuer advises that the following replaces the dividend declaration
announcement released on 30 May 2001 at 15.36 under RNS number 4188E.

The payment date should read 29 June not 30 June as previously stated, all
other details remain unchanged. The full announcement text appears below:

The Company has today declared a fourth interim dividend in respect of the
period 1 May 2000 to 30 April 2001.

The fourth interim dividend of 3.2p net per Ordinary share will be paid on 29
June 2001 to the holders of Ordinary shares on the register as at 8 June 2001.
