                          Result of EGM


At  an EGM held today, Wednesday 17 January 2001, the resolution
concerning the Executive Share Option Scheme was duly passed.

Speaking at the meeting, Mr Alastair Winter, Chairman of Bulgin,
said 'The new Executive Share Option Scheme aligns the interests
of  the  executive  directors  and senior  executives  with  the
interests  of  long  term shareholders.   The  Scheme  has  been
designed   to   ensure  appropriately  challenging   performance
conditions  are  in  place  before  options  are  eligible   for
exercise.'
