Bulgin PLC ('the Company') - Notifiable interest
The Company has been informed by a letter received on 9
February 2001 that Specialist Holdings Limited, following
a sale of 50,000 ordinary shares on 6 February, is now
interested in 4,062,000 ordinary shares which represents
8.975% of the issued ordinary share capital.
