Bulgin PLC ('the Company') - Notifiable interest
The Company has been informed by a letter received on 10
November 2000 that Specialist Holdings Limited, following
certain sales, is now interested in 4,212,000 ordinary
shares which represents 9.32% of the issued ordinary
share capital.
