The Company has been informed, by a letter dated 26 November 2001, that
Pennine Downing AIM VCT plc, purchased 1,666,665 ordinary shares in the
Company on 22 November 2001. This represents a notifiable interest of 3.2% of
the Company's Issued Ordinary Share capital.
