The  Company  has  been informed by  a  letter  dated  14
February 2001 that Specialist Holdings Limited, following
a  purchase  of  100,000 ordinary shares on  14  February
2001,  is  now  interested in 4,162,000  ordinary  shares
which  represents  9.2%  of  the  issued  ordinary  share
capital.
