The Company is pleased to announce that on Friday 30 July
1999  it exchanged contracts for the sale of its freehold
property at Broxbourne, Hertfordshire, which was formerly
occupied by Cirkit Distribution Limited (the business  of
which was sold on 14 May 1999).

The  gross  sale price is £550,000, which is  payable  in
cash.  The book value of the property at 31 January  1999
was  £412,000. The proceeds, net of a mortgage  repayment
of  £250,000,  will  be  applied in  capital  investments
within the Group.
