                            Director's Shareholding

The Company was informed on 17 June 2004 that on 15 June 2004, Specialist
Holdings Limited Pension Plan 3 purchased 25,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of
11.5p each.

Specialist Holdings Limited is wholly-owned by Keith Daley, Director, and
following this purchase his holdings are as follows:

Specialist Holdings Limited hold 1,000,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.31%
of the issued Ordinary Share capital:

Specialist Holdings Limited Pension Plan 3 hold 1,275,000 Ordinary Shares,
representing 1.67% of the issued Ordinary Share capital: and

Keith Daley holds 10,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.01% of the issued
Ordinary Share capital.
