Derivative Claim - Update

 

 

Further to the announcement on 16 July 2015, the Company has received notice from the Court of Appeal that Mr Bridge's application for permission to appeal against the judgment of His Honour Judge Hodge QC made on 17 June 2015 was refused by an Order of the Rt. Hon. Lord Justice Floyd on 13 October 2015 without a hearing.

 

As he is entitled to do, Mr Bridge has requested that the refusal decision be reconsidered at an oral hearing.  That oral hearing has been fixed for 20 April 2016 in London.
