                    Significant shareholder notification

By notices in writing received 10 March 2006, the Company has received:

(i)                  a notification from Mittel Generale Investimenti S.p.A that
it no longer has a disclosable interest in the ordinary shares of 5p each in the
Company; and

(ii)                a notification from Valtidone S.p.A. that it has purchased
5,000,000 ordinary shares of 5p each, representing 9.46 per cent. of the issued
ordinary share capital of the Company.
