Chapel Down, England's leading and largest winemaker, is pleased to announce that further to the announcement on 9 November 2023, all resolutions put to shareholders at its General Meeting held today were duly passed by way of a show of hands.

 

Details of the proxy voting instructions lodged prior to the Meeting for each resolution are shown in the table below:
