RESULT OF AGM AND NAME CHANGE

At today's AGM, all resolutions set out in the notice of AGM dated 7 June 2007
were duly passed by shareholders.  As a result, the Company will now change its
name to Chamberlin plc as announced at the time of the Company's preliminary
results.
