The Company has been notified by a letter dated 12 December 2005 that following
a purchase on 9 December 2005 of 520,000 ordinary shares, Henderson Global
Investors and its associated companies (acting as agent for its discretionary
clients) now hold (either directly or indirectly) 520,000 ordinary shares in the
Company which represents 7.07 per cent. of its issued share capital (being
7,359,658 ordinary shares of 25 pence each). This is all held in Lowland
Investment Trust.
