Chamberlin & Hill PLC - Appointment of New Director

Chamberlin & Hill plc is pleased to announce the appointment
of Nick Kuenssberg as a Non-Executive Director of the
Company with effect from today, 14 October 1999.  Aged 56,
Nick is currently Non-Executive Chairman of both Stoddard
International plc and GAP Group Ltd.  He has been a director
of Baxi Partnership Limited, Scottishpower plc and Standard
Life Assurance Company, and Chairman of Dynacast
International Ltd.
