AGM STATEMENT

At today's AGM, Tom Brown, Chairman of Chamberlin & Hill plc (the 'Company'),
made the following comment:

The Directors are pleased to confirm that the business has progressed as planned
in recent months and that they continue to anticipate a full year result in line
with market expectations.

The Company's last two Annual Reports have noted a claim for alleged statutory
nuisance by our Walsall foundry.  We have recently been advised that the
claimants intend to progress their claim using a Group Litigation Order. We will
continue to defend vigorously all aspects of the claim.

Regarding the future of our foundry in Leicester, we are very pleased to
announce that we have now been able to agree an extended lease with the landlord
which will permit continuance of our successful operation there for many years
to come.
