Director/PDMR shareholding

Chaarat (AIM - CGH), the AIM quoted exploration and development company with assets in the Kyrgyz Republic, was informed on 16th February that as of that day Labro Investments Limited ("Labro") held 118,946,252 ordinary shares of US$ 0.01 each, representing 34% of the issued share capital of the Company, following purchases on 15th February of 200,000 ordinary shares at a price of 15.00 pence per share, 50,000 ordinary shares at a price of 15.25 pence per share, 75,000 ordinary shares at a price of 15.50 pence per share, 50,000 ordinary shares at a price of 15.75 pence per share, 75,000 ordinary shares at a price of 16.00 pence per share, 50,000 ordinary shares at a price of 16.75 pence per share and 25,000 ordinary shares at a price of 17.00 pence per share.

 

Martin Andersson (the Chairman of Chaarat) is indirectly beneficially interested in the majority of the shares in Labro.

 

In accordance with the announcement dated 27 September 2016, a further 5,804,650 ordinary shares of US$0.01 each may be acquired by the concert party within a period of six months from 1 October 2016 without triggering a requirement to make a mandatory offer under the Articles of Association of the Company.
