Correction to Holdings in Company

Chaarat (AIM:CGH), the AIM-quoted gold mining company with assets in the Kyrgyz Republic and Armenia, has been informed that the opening paragraph of the announcement made on 4 October 2019 (RNS number 7868O) overstated the number of ordinary shares in the Company ("Shares") acquired by Labro Investments Limited ("Labro") on 1 October 2019 by 90 Shares.  As at 4 October 2019, Labro therefore held 144,705,026 Shares, representing 32.79% of the issued share capital of the Company following the purchase of 299,900 (not 299,990) Chaarat shares on the market at an aggregate share price of 36.3 pence per share on 1 October 2019 and 400,000 Chaarat shares on the market at an aggregate share price of 36.6 pence per share on 2 October 2019. Martin Andersson (the Executive Chairman of Chaarat) is indirectly beneficially interested in the majority of the shares in Labro. This mistake had a consequential effect on the announcement made on 7 October 2019 which also overstated the holding of Labro by 90 Shares.  As at 7 October 2019 Labro Investments Limited therefore held 145,130,886 Shares.
