                           Significant shareholding


The Company was notified on 19th April 2006 that Deutsche Bank AG and its
subsidiary companies hold 4,086,295 ordinary shares in Celtic Resources which
represents 8.99 per cent. of the total issued ordinary share capital of the
Company.


Deutsche Bank AG London Branch holds 292,500 shares and 3,793,795 shares are now
held by other Deutsche Bank group companies in customer portfolio, as follows:
