                            Significant shareholding

The Company was notified on 22nd June 2004 that Deutsche Bank AG and its
subsidiary companies now hold 2,133,532  ordinary shares in Celtic Resources,
which represents 5.80 per cent. of the total issued ordinary share capital of
the  Company.

Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch, holds 206,032 shares as principal and 1,927,500
shares are now held by other Deutsche Bank AG group companies in the customer
portfolio, as follows:

The company was also notified on 22nd June 2004 that Man Financial Limited holds
