                    Results of Annual General Meeting ("AGM")

The Company held its AGM at 11.30 a.m. today.  After the posting of the AGM 
notice on 15 August 2007, and before the AGM was held, the Company received the 
resignation of Mr Kirill Lipa.  Therefore, resolution 4 relating to the 
re-election of Mr Lipa was withdrawn at the AGM.

The Chairman thanked Mr Lipa for his contribution to the Company during the 
period in which he served as director.

All other resolutions proposed at its AGM, were duly passed, with the exception 
of Resolutions 10 and 11.
