Celtic Resources Holdings plc ('Celtic' or the 'Company')
Celtic is pleased to announce that Michael S. Kaufman, previously a
non-executive director of the Company, has become an executive director
thereof with immediate effect. Mr. Kaufman is an experienced corporate
financier and has been a Celtic board member since October, 1999.
