The Company was notified on 17 May 2007 by Altima Partners LLP ("Altima"), that
as at 4 May 2007 funds managed by Altima were interested in a total of 3,463,251
ordinary shares of €0.25 each representing 6.20% of the issued share capital of
the Company.
