Celtic Resources was notified on 30 July 2007 that Deutsche Bank AG and its 
subsidiary companies hold 8,197,808 ordinary shares of Euro 0.25 each in the 
Company which represents 14.68 per cent. of its total issued ordinary share 
capital.

Deutsche Bank AG London Branch now holds 5,675,105 shares and 2,522,703 shares
are held by other Deutsche Bank AG group companies as part of their customer
portfolio, as follows:
