                            Significant Shareholding

The Company was notified on 5 September 2006 by Aton International Limited of 
holdings of two of its custodian accounts.

Starberry Limited, was the beneficial owner of 3,336,512 ordinary shares in 
Celtic Resources, which represents 7.10 per cent. of the total issued ordinary 
share capital of the Company.

Jenda Limited, was the beneficial owner of 2,278,736 ordinary shares in Celtic
Resources, which represents 4.85 per cent. of the total issued ordinary share 
capital of the Company.
