The Company was notified on 10th April 2006 that Deutsche Bank AG and its 
subsidiary companies hold 5,382,419 ordinary shares in Celtic Resources which 
represents 11.71 per cent. of the total issued ordinary share capital of the 
Company.

Deutsche Bank AG London Branch holds 292,500 shares and 5,089,919 shares are now
held by other Deutsche Bank group companies in customer portfolio, as follows:
