The Company was notified on 21st November 2003 that Carmignac Gestion holds
1,038,750 ordinary shares in Celtic Resources which represents 3.03 per cent. of
the Company's total issued ordinary share capital. This is as a result of a
purchase of 30,000 shares in Celtic Resources on 30 October 2003.
