The Company was notified on 19th November 2003 that Deutsche Bank AG and its
subsidiary companies holds 5,202,744 ordinary shares in Celtic Resources which
represents 15.2 per cent. of the Company's total issued ordinary share capital.


Deutsche Bank AG London Branch holds 3,652,744 shares and 1,550,000 shares are
now held by other Deutsche Bank group companies in customer portfolio, as
follows:
