subsidiary companies hold 6,147,141 ordinary shares in Celtic Resources which
represents 18.60 per cent. of its total issued ordinary share capital.

Deutsche Bank AG London Branch continues to hold 4,037,744 shares and 2,109,397
shares are now held by other Deutsche Bank group companies in customer
portfolio, as follows:
