The Company was notified on 4th April 2007 that Deutsche Bank AG and its 
subsidiary companies hold 3,329,164 ordinary shares in Celtic Resources which 
represents 5.96 per cent. of its total issued ordinary share capital.

Deutsche Bank AG London Branch holds 808,930 shares and 2,520,234 shares are now
held by other Deutsche Bank group companies in customer portfolio, as follows:
