Date of Interim Results and Investor Presentation

Cerillion, the billing, charging and customer relationship management software solutions provider, will announce its interim results for the six months ended 31 March 2023 on Monday, 15 May.

Louis Hall, CEO, and Andrew Dickson, CFO, will host an online presentation of the Company's results on Friday, 19 May at 1.15 p.m. Management will discuss the Group's first-half performance and its growth prospects, and there will be a question-and-answer session at the end of the presentation.
