                 Celtic Resources Holdings Plc ("the Company")

                               Additional listing

Application has been made for 62,500 new ordinary shares of €0.25 each to be
admitted to trading on the AIM Market of the London Stock Exchange plc. These
shares are being issued by the Company in settlement of an amount due to
advisers for fees, according to the terms of their agreements at £1.75 per new
ordinary share.

These shares will rank pari passu with existing ordinary shares and dealings are
expected to commence in the new ordinary shares at 8.00 a.m. on 22 November
2005.
