                                Additional listing

Application has been made for 1,352,018 new ordinary shares of Euro 0.25 each to
be admitted to trading on the AIM Market of the London Stock Exchange. These
shares are being issued under the staff incentive scheme at par, being Euro 0.25
per share.

As a result of this share issue, the Celtic Resources Holdings Plc Employee
Benefit Trust No 2 now holds 3,329,018 shares, being 6.88% of the issued share
capital of the company.

These shares will rank pari passu with existing ordinary shares and dealings are
expected to commence in the new ordinary shares at 8.00 a.m. on 18 September
2006.
