The Company was informed on 25 September 2006 that Harry Fitzgibbons, a
non-executive director of the Company, on 25 September 2006 purchased 20,000
Ordinary shares of 5p each at 214.8p per share, representing approximately 
0.03% of the Company's total issued share capital.

Harry Fitzgibbons's total holding in the Company is now 180,000 Ordinary
