Act, that Fidelity International Limited and its direct and indirect
subsidiaries, both being non-beneficial holders, have sold 351,500 ordinary
shares in the Company taking their total holding to 3,328,100 ordinary shares,
representing approximately 5.69% of the issued share capital.
