The Company has been notified, in accordance with Section 198 of the Companies
Act, that FMR Corp. and its direct and indirect subsidiaries, and Fidelity
International Limited and its direct and indirect subsidiaries, both being
non-beneficial holders, have an aggregate interest in 6,567,783 Ordinary Shares
in the Company representing approximately 11.04% of the issued share capital.

The total holding of 6,567,783 Ordinary Shares is held as follows:

Fidelity International Limited and its direct and indirect subsidiaries hold
3,801,421 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing approximately 6.39%

FMR Corp. and its direct and indirect subsidiaries hold 2,766,362 Ordinary
Shares in the Company representing approximately 4.65%.
