Act, that Fidelity International Limited and its direct and indirect
subsidiaries, both being non-beneficial holders, have sold 50,000 ordinary
shares in the Company taking their total holding to 3,975,400 ordinary shares,
representing approximately 6.97% of the issued share capital.
