The Company has been notified, in accordance with Section 198 of the Companies
Act, that RAB Capital plc, acting as investment manager for a number of
commingled funds, has acquired 730,097 shares, increasing its holding in the
Company to 4,879,937 shares, representing approximately 8.71% of the issued
share capital.



These shares are held in the nominee name of the custodian of RAB Capital plc's
clients, which is CSFB Nominees Ltd and Morgan Stanley & Co. International Ltd.
